Description
In this program, we use our personal construct model to identify leadership elements of the model, the concept of viewing each element differently, and the impact of accurate versus inaccurate measures on the leadership style.
Our statistical analysis over the last decade suggests that people cannot be divided into certain personality types with predefined characteristics, or few leadership styles, or types of communication, but instead we realized the effective focus on highlighting the unique and authentic style that is recognized and perceived as a meaningful value-added.
The program allows leadership coaches to help their clients in constructing their unique leadership style with clearly identified KPIs.
